If you have the spare cash for one, its cool to have.
SURE I can browse the web on my 4 inch phone, but It’s a hella lot better and faster experience on my tablet, with 10 inch screen. I browse the web just as I would on my pc with my tablet, when using the phone, I just go to some newssites, never really bothering to check out the regular sites im on etc, just because it’s just not phone-friendly.
Also watching movies on the go is a winner with a tablet.

I’d say a tablet doesnt add stuff to your “what I can do with my devices” list, but rather just a cooler, better solution for many of the things your phone does.

Who knows, I think they read it wrong or not. But regardless, this might have a heavy impact on the A4 and 5 chips’ manufacturing.

And as for the cable, the asus one is pretty much like that aswell. Why couldnt they just stick to mini-usb, so I dont have to buy freaking asus-only cable to charge my tablet at several places without having to drag with me the charger..

My bottom line anyways:
Even if Samsung is copying a little, they are doing it better than Apple.
Apple needs competition like this to innovate, or else they will just continue selling rather dumb products that noone really compares to superior products like whats happening now with android and ios.
To keep their customers, they have to invent something cool and new, because ios for tablet as it is now is just.. Not that good.

I still got the Asus tablet instead of the galaxy tab anyways.. :] Looks better, got OP keyboard, and usb + 2 sd card readers. + extremely nice battery solution.
But the bunch of applications they have in their apple store beats android, hands down. But we’re getting there!
