Tech Update #112 – I’m On a Boat
Logan Maks and special quest star Qain are on a boat, the baddest most awesome boat ever, the USS Hornet. The boys take a look at all the custom case mods brought in by the public like the Tron Light cycle case. Maks takes a look at some vendor wares such as coolermaster with their new keyboards and water cooling kits. Logan wanders off to Corsair to check out their keyboards and showcase a bunch of Logitech products. TigerdirectTV gets a chance to play gift giver as well by finding who had the worst equipment in the LAN and handing out headsets and mice to upgrade them. We also get a chance for interviews, everything from the head of marketing for nVidia to the winner of our SYX PC.

Logan’s on a boat and he’s missing his nautical themed pashmina afghan.
The Corsair K60 & K90 keyboards are hybrid mechs. The function keys, macro keys, and a few others are actually rubber domes.

lol… talking about the g500… im still rocking the old g5 2007 version…. but my frined has the g500… and it is VERY nice. much better dpi switch placement… and the scroll mode switch is very nice as well.

Yeah, I’ve never tried out a G500. I had a Microsoft Sidewinder X8 for a while, but it broke down on me after only a few months. I decided to get a Logitech G9X instead after that, and I’ve never been happier with a mouse before.

I just pull out my windows key when I’m gaming. Only issue is the possibility of me losing my key cap.

Awesome update, great reviews! Logan on a ship accompanied by hardcore gamers and latest gaming gear. doesnt get much better then that!
