Lol apparently the multiplayer plays like call of duty and looks like halo 3. That means its going to be awful 2 bad games smashed into one.

The game looks amazing.
He says he started it over a century ago. I was really hoping they would elaborate on the ending of Crysis, since it was a huge cliff hanger. But over all, the story interests me more than the multiplayer.
I hope they don’t use crappy real life actors in the game. Like Command and Conquer…. If they do I will shit in anger.

After playing the 360 demo, I’ll probably get it on PC. The 360 version has really bad latency(not lag) and performance issues. I’m sure my 4870 1gig will still play it alright, I hope…

I am hoping they have optimized it a little… but the game is still a beast. I’ll be upgrading for Skyrim so I might wait till then to get a new GPU.

Judging from the console multiplayer demos the multiplayer looks like it will be better, atleast I hope it will be. I remember playing Crysis online and spawning in a little building with some jackhole just shooting a tank into the door and instantly killing me everytime I spawned. I haven’t played Crysis since then. Although I have to admit, I didn’t truely enjoy Crysis. This time around might be different, seems more like an actual game as opposed to a farcry with better graphics and aliens.

This game looks so much better than the original. The first one was nice, but the story looks like it’s going to be a lot more developed this time around…or at least I hope.
I think my rig will be fine with it. I’m going to be upgrading to dual 6850s in crossfire pretty soon. If it still smashes those into the ground I’m going to be pissed.

I really need to try crysis. I’ve mostly only played starcraft and diablo on my pc, lol. It’s sad. Is crysis cpu intensive at all or gpu bound? Starcraft 2 kills my computer because my CPU isn’t that great (it is the AMD 1055T x6 @ 2.8Ghz stock)

If starcraft 2 is killing your pc it’s got to be something other than the cpu. I can run starcraft 2 smoothly on my computer and I’ve got a Phenom II X4 940. Crysis is really gpu intensive though. I don’t know about the second one, but I think the first one only takes advantage of two threads from the cpu.

I’ve been waiting for this for some time. I am thinking of building a new Rig for gaming and for video editing. Perhaps and couple of VelociRaptors in raid configuration, 8-12 gigs of memory. I’m thinking Dual GPU with an awesome core i7(possibly an extreme to satisfy my ego)

I can’t wait for this and Deus Ex: Human Revolution come out. Hopefully the last installment in the Deus Ex series won’t disappoint me and stay as good or better than the first one. This looks to be alot of fun when it hits multiplayer, and like Logan said, the city settings looks much more enjoyable.
