   Despite the issue over the holidays, I still decided to give BestBuy a shot. Then again, I had no reason not to because they have always been great to me in the past, and what I wanted is currently only available from them.

   Last Wednesday I ordered the Plantronics GameCom 780 headset that was just released and only available from BestBuy. I even paid extra for fast shipping so I could get a review video up before going back home for a week.

   Anyway, it's supposed to be delivered tomorrow at the latest and it's still "In process of being fulfilled". This is honestly ridiculous. I'll definitely be calling for a refund on the fast shipping I didn't get.

   Anyone else getting screwed over by BestBuy lately?

   I ordered Wednesday morning (3:00 AM), and it said "ships in 0-1 days"

   I'd complain and try to get free stuff or something, to refund the shipping cost since they've obviously sent it via pigeon, and you did not pay for pigeon delivery.

   I wouldn't buy something next time if it just an "exclusive" thats just marketing shit
   even if it's actually good there's always an alternative thats as good or better, I'd find that alternative on newegg
   knowing them it would probably be cheaper.

   Rabu's a audio guy I believe might want to ask him on headphone stuff and where to get them, and I wouldn't deal with best buy unless its in store and you rip them off using the price check

   It's not exclusive permanently, just at the moment. I had some friends try it at CES 2012 and they said they loved it, so we all ordered it. I'll be comparing it to other gaming headsets / headphones when (and if) I finally get it

   Lol bestbuy failed over here. Their prices were stupid high compared to other stores. Now they're closing down.

    Just a quick question: Since the headphones' firmware will be processing 7.1 surround sound, does this mean I should change my audio settings in Source games to 7.1? Or will I keep them on 'Headphones'?

    I never shopped Best Buy online but i really hate going there because trying to get someone to help you is like pulling teeth and then when you do they don't know shit!!
    They over charge on things especially cables!!

    Newegg's been slowly sucking since their IPO. Once they went public all of their free shipping went bye bye except on a few items.

    I believe it means Initial Public Offer.
    Basically that's when a company enters the stock market and ceases to be a private company.
