    Alright, since we used to have 90000000 rig threads each week,
    because they all got lost in the forums, I am now making a sticky, official rig thread.
    Try not to go way offtopic.

    I'll start off with mine

    Specs:
    CPU: Intel i7 930 @ 4.0 GHZ
    GPU: 2x Nvidia Gainward GTX460 850/1700/2000
    RAM: 6GB Corsair Dominator DDR3
    PSU: Antec Quattro 850w
    Mainboard: EVGA X58 SLi Micro
    HDD / SSD:
    Western Digital BLACK 1000GB 7200rpm
    Western Digital BLACK 500GB 7200rpm
    Intel X25-M 80GB SSD
    CPU Cooler: Coolit ECO ALC
    Case: Corsair Obsidian 800D

    And yes, it's a fucking M-atx in the 800D.
    I am getting ATX board someday.. I neeedz itttt

    It's so big that I had problems actually getting the whole case in a shot..

    Oh! And I made a "little" change... just testing the "new" hardware I got my hands on.

    Also, I hate the woodish color, I want a black slick desk. Or white slick.

    don't forget to fill in your rig information on your profile... we have it set so that you can click on any user name or avatar in the forum and go to their profile page... just click on profile to see system specs... here is what I am using these days:

    processor: AMD 955 BE (3.2ghz quad core)
    graphic cards: two ATI 4890's in crossfire (1.3 tFlops each)
    ram: 8 gb ddr3 corsair xms3 @ 1600mhz
    psu: 850 watt
    cooler: coolermaster v8
    mother board: some gigabyte one, i could care less about the moddel, but it has 2 pci-2 (x16) slots
    hdd: 1tb @ 7500 rmp, looking into a ssd
    case: coolermaster HAF 932 full tower

    you need to modify the windows files to allow custom themes, then use a program called theme manager to replace the theme and shell files (or you can do it manually, but its easier and safer to use a program)

    also, sorry for the shitty quality, i have a crappy digital camera

    To recap the specs of my PC:

    Cooler Master HAF X
    EVGA X58 Classified 4-Way SLI
    Intel Core i7 930 @ 3.6GHz (with stock cooler, despite it's summer here)
    Silverstone ST1500W (srsly)
    EVGA GTX 470
    2x WD Caviar Black 1TB (individually)
    6GB Patriot ram (there weren't any Corsair at that time)
    LG DVD drive

    Pics should follow up next week when I got the pictures of a camera which is not mine.

    It comes off reallllly bright in the pictures, but its actually not that bad at all.

    Hey Green, if I can forge out some bit of cash if I manage to get a job sometime this Christmas, I might go for a GTX 580. Although the chances are, is there will be a 1/1000 chance since I want to get an Apple product that we mostly anticipated.
