This week the hair is an even bigger mess than the show. This text is just dummy text to make the front page look nicer because links screw everything up. Arghhhhhhh! I love cats…I love everything about them. Wait…where am I? Double rainbow! Nyannyannyannyannyan… Here are the links:...
LittleViking’s article on gender and gaming exploded this week. If you haven’t read it you should check it out. I decided to talk a bit about it to start the show. I really aim to create an inclusive community. I feel like we are doing a good job of...
I’m traveling a little this week so the set is… strange. There’s a lot to talk about in this episode. The most important thing is this U.N. nonsense, you know, where they want to control the internet. These fat dudes in power are freaking out. I’m starting to think...
Excuse the audio. I hit the wrong button on the mic, so we are stuck with camera audio. We have decided to keep the name, “The Tek”. Maks created an intro for us and Wendell helped with the content. Intel was all about the Ultrabook this year. They had several on display. I also checked out Rage running on their latest integrated graphics technology. Intel also had the Razer Fiona out for all to see (and touch). We tried it out. I’ll be uploading a more in-depth video...
Nvidia had their Tegra 3 tablet up and running with a copy of Windows 8. It’s cool to see Windows 8 supporting ARM technology. As for gaming, Microsift is not saying much about how it will work on ARM processors but I’m sure it will be there.
A router. It’s kind of badass, actually… For starters, it’s the first router to adopt the new 802.11 AC standard (way faster than 802.11 N). It also comes with DD-WRT… Why waste time creating your own firmware when open source solutions like DD-WRT are available?
